Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are not included in transit times. We ship packages using USPS. This normally takes 2-3 transit days, but may take up to 10. If your package goes missing, contact us at email@example.com.
Please allow order processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim with them. Your item is insured up to $100.
Orders over $65 automatically receive free shipping.
Free deliveries to Nantucket addresses with code: ACKLOCAL. Local Deliveries are subject to the same processing times as Shipped Orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are more than happy to accept a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase.
Due to all products being handmade, no returns or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send us an email with a picture of the wrong item to and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order.
NOTE: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
