SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Major holidays like Christmas and Labor Day are not included in transit times. We ship packages using USPS. This normally takes 2-3 transit days, but may take up to 10. If your package goes missing, contact us at supplesirens@gmail.com.

Please allow order processing time of 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact USPS to file a claim with them. Your item is insured up to $100.

Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders $75+.

Free deliveries to Nantucket addresses: Choose FREE LOCAL DELIVERY as your Delivery Method and we will deliver within 3 business days. Please be sure to enter your physical address on Nantucket, not your Post Office Box.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are more than happy to accept a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase.

Due to all products being handmade, no returns or refunds will be allowed. If you receive the wrong item, please send us an email with a picture of the wrong item to supplesirens@gmail.com and the correct item will be sent within 3 business days. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order.

NOTE: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
